Our products are all inspected and delivered in secure packaging to protect merchandise from any damage. 

In the event an item arrives damaged, please email us on secretstatement@gmail.com stating the fault in the item. To make the process easier please send us a picture of the damage/fault of the item, as this will help us to help you out.

**If we do email you back stating you can return the item, Secret Statement will only refund you the cost of the item you brought and not the cost of the postage you paid for**
